Ingredients

The salmon

The sauce

  • tbs raspberry jam
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • ½ tbs vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Brush the salmon with olive oil and place it in a 9-inch baking dish.
  3. Cook the salmon for 15 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
  4. While the salmon is cooking, combine the raspberry jam, lime juice, and vinegar in a small saucepan and simmer gently for about 2 minutes.
  5. Serve the sauce warm on top of the salmon.
