Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Brush the salmon with olive oil and place it in a 9-inch baking dish.
- Cook the salmon for 15 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
- While the salmon is cooking, combine the raspberry jam, lime juice, and vinegar in a small saucepan and simmer gently for about 2 minutes.
- Serve the sauce warm on top of the salmon.
