Instructions
- Mix together brown sugar, lime juice, lime zest, butter, garlic, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Place salmon fillets in a dish and coat them with the lime mixture, ensuring all sides are covered.
- Marinate the salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the salmon on it, leaving space between fillets.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Bake the salmon for about 12 to 15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Sprinkle with cilantro and serve warm with lime wedges.
