Instructions
- Combine lentils, broth, olive oil, tomatoes, onions, garlic, chili powders, and paprika in a slow cooker.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on low for 7 to 8 hours.
- Stir in cilantro and lime juice before serving.
- Serve warm in tortillas with desired toppings.
