prime rib or roast beef

provolone cheese
The Broth
Optional Dipping Sauce

secretariat dipping sauce or horseradish mayo
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and place it on a cookie sheet lined with foil.
- Layer both sides of the baguette with provolone cheese and place the roast beef on the side to heat.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Heat the beef broth on the stove until hot.
- Remove the baguette from the oven, place the meat evenly on the bottom half, and cover with the top half.
- Slice the sandwich into 3-inch portions and serve with a small serving of beef broth and optional dipping sauce.
