Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C/400°F and spray the basket with cooking oil.
- Pat the pork belly dry and rub salt all over it.
- Place the pork belly in the air fryer basket and cook for 20-25 minutes until the skin crackles.
- Lower the temperature to 160°C/320°F and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
