Ingredients

The pork belly

  • 1 pound pork belly

The seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C/400°F and spray the basket with cooking oil.
  2. Pat the pork belly dry and rub salt all over it.
  3. Place the pork belly in the air fryer basket and cook for 20-25 minutes until the skin crackles.
  4. Lower the temperature to 160°C/320°F and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
