Sheet Pan Parmesan Steak and Potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375℉ and position the baking rack in the middle.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, and salt on a baking sheet.
- Bake the potatoes for 15-20 minutes until tender and lightly browned.
- While the potatoes bake, mix the remaining garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then rub this mixture on both sides of the steak.
- Remove the pan from the oven, switch to broil, and move the potatoes to one side. Add asparagus to the other side and drizzle with oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steak on the sheet pan and broil for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked to your liking, remove from the oven, sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese and parsley, and serve.
