Ingredients

The salad

  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup red grapes, sliced
  • ½ cup red onion, chopped
  • ½ cup raisins
  • cup sunflower seeds

The dressing

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the broccoli into bite-size florets, chop the red onion, and slice the red grapes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, grapes, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until everything is well coated.
  5. Cover the salad and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
