Instructions
- Chop the broccoli into bite-size florets, chop the red onion, and slice the red grapes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, grapes, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until everything is well coated.
- Cover the salad and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
