Healthy Broccoli Salad

The salad

The dressing

plain 2% or full fat Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Chop the broccoli and red onion, then place them in a large mixing bowl with the sunflower seeds and dried cherries.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss well to coat. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
