Instructions
- Whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, red onion, blueberries, and nuts/seeds.
- Pour the yogurt dressing over the salad and mix gently until combined.
- Add the spinach (if using) and toss again to coat.
- Season to taste, then refrigerate for 45 minutes to an hour before serving.
