Instructions
- 1. Prepare the dressing by mixing yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Cut broccoli into small florets and rinse them in cool water.
- 3. Peel and shred the carrot, and slice the red onion thinly.
- 4. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, carrot, onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
- 5. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until everything is coated.
- 6. Let the salad marinate for 10-15 minutes before serving.
