The dressing

Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium/high heat.
- Add broccoli and season with ¼ teaspoon salt, cooking for about 3 minutes.
- Add diced red onion and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer broccoli and onion to a large bowl.
- Mix in red pepper, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, and feta cheese.
- Whisk together lemon juice, remaining olive oil, and balsamic vinegar, then drizzle over the salad.
- Mix well, add more salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
