The Sausage Gravy

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add beaten eggs and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until mixed.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper and use a cookie scoop to form 11-12 biscuit balls on the paper.
- Wet your fingers and flatten the tops of the biscuits.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground sausage, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Break down the sausage while cooking until no longer pink.
- Reduce heat to medium, then add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until the cream cheese melts and the gravy thickens.
- Serve the gravy over the biscuits.
