Salmon Burger

Instructions
- Chop the salmon and pulse in a food processor until in 1/8-inch pieces, then transfer 3/4 to a bowl.
- Add onion, garlic, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, egg, mustard, salt, pepper, dill, and chives to the food processor with remaining salmon and puree until smooth.
- Combine the puree with the chopped salmon in the bowl and mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or preheat the grill to medium-high, then cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving.
