Easy Salmon Burgers

The salmon patties

gluten-free panko or grated parmesan

spicy brown or Dijon mustard

garlic aioli or sauce of choice
Instructions
- Chop half the salmon finely and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Place the remaining salmon in a food processor and pulse until chopped into ¼-inch pieces.
- Combine the processed salmon with the chopped salmon in the mixing bowl.
- Add panko, green onion, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, and hot sauce to the bowl and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into 4 patties and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F) and lightly grease it.
- Cook the patties for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve immediately on gluten-free buns with desired toppings.
