Instructions
- Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, hot sauce, sea salt, celery seeds, and ½ cup blue cheese until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and half of the sliced green onions.
- Toss the cabbage mixture with the yogurt dressing and sprinkle with the remaining green onions, blue cheese, and parsley.
