Dressing Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Swerve sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • ¾ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon celery seeds
  • ¾ cup crumbled blue cheese

Coleslaw Ingredients

  • ½ large head cabbage
  • 2 carrots shredded
  • 4 green onions sliced thin
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, hot sauce, sea salt, celery seeds, and ½ cup blue cheese until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and half of the sliced green onions.
  3. Toss the cabbage mixture with the yogurt dressing and sprinkle with the remaining green onions, blue cheese, and parsley.
