Instructions
- Whisk together the oats, milk, maple syrup or honey, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- In another bowl, whisk together chia seeds, milk, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mash in the raspberries and stir to combine. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Layer the overnight oats and chia pudding in jars to assemble the parfaits. Top with raspberries and dark chocolate chips if desired.
