Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except chia seeds in a blender and process until smooth.
- Add chia seeds and stir to incorporate, ensuring they remain whole.
- Divide the mixture into bowls or glasses and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
- Garnish with coconut milk, raspberries, and shredded coconut before serving.
