The stir fry sauce

soy sauce or liquid aminos

Instructions
- Season the shrimp with smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp, cooking until bright pink.
- Remove the shrimp and set aside.
- In the same pan, add more olive oil if needed, then add vegetables, garlic, and ginger, cooking until soft.
- Remove the vegetables and set aside.
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar to the pan, stirring until dissolved.
- Mix cornstarch and cold water in a bowl until smooth, then add to the sauce, stirring until thickened.
- Add the cooked shrimp, vegetables, and noodles to the pan, stirring to combine and heat through.
