Instructions
- Sauté onion in butter until tender and translucent.
- Add garlic and cook for a minute.
- Add broth, peas, and mint leaves, cooking until peas are tender.
- Taste and adjust seasonings and mint as desired.
- Puree the soup using a blender or immersion blender.
- Stir in heavy cream and blend.
- Serve hot or chill for a few hours and serve cold.
- Garnish with sour cream and additional black pepper.
