Ingredients

  • cups almond meal
  • 2 tbsp flax meal
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • cup peanut butter
  • 3-4 tbsp coconut butter
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2-3 pieces pitted dates
  • 1 tsp espresso coffee grounds

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until a thick paste forms, adding more melted cacao oil if needed.
  3. Use a small ice cream scoop to form balls.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 3 hours or freeze for 45 minutes before serving.
