Ingredients

  • cups blanched almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder
  • ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons yacon syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine almond flour, arrowroot, salt, and yacon syrup in a food processor.
  2. Process until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to ¼-inch thickness.
  4. Remove the top piece of parchment paper.
  5. Cut the dough into 6 rectangles (5 x 2.5 inches).
  6. Score each rectangle into 4 equal parts and poke holes in the surface.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 6-9 minutes.
  8. Cool for 1 hour before serving.
