Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine almond flour, crushed pork rinds, sweetener, cinnamon, and sea salt in a food processor and pulse to mix.
- Add melted butter, vanilla, and honey extract to the processor and mix until a dense, sticky dough forms.
- Form the dough into a ball and freeze for about 10 minutes until no longer sticky.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to a thickness of 1/16 to 1/8 inch.
- Cut the dough into squares and transfer them to the baking sheet, pricking holes with a fork.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes until golden, then allow to cool completely before handling.
