Instructions
- Combine almond flour, arrowroot, salt, and yacon syrup in a food processor.
- Process until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper to ¼-inch thickness.
- Remove the top piece of parchment paper and cut the dough into 6 rectangles (5 x 2.5 inches).
- Score each rectangle into 4 equal parts and poke holes in the surface.
- Bake at 350°F for 6-9 minutes.
- Cool for 1 hour before serving.
