Instructions
- Warm tortillas in a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Fill each tortilla with ¼ cup refried beans, ¼ cup shredded cabbage, 4 cherry tomato halves, 2 slices of avocado, and garnish with cilantro if desired.
- Mix mild salsa with corn to prepare corn salsa.
- Serve each taco with 3 tablespoons of corn salsa.
