Strawberry Chia Jam

Instructions
- Cook strawberries in a saucepan over medium heat until they start to break down and become bubbly, about 10 minutes.
- Mash the strawberries with a potato masher or spatula to your desired consistency.
- Stir in chia seeds and lemon juice.
- Taste the mixture and add sweetener if desired, starting with 1 tablespoon and adjusting as needed.
- Allow the jam to cool; it will thicken as it cools.
- Transfer the cooled jam to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.
