Instructions
- Combine strawberries, orange zest, orange juice, and sugar in a medium saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 7-8 minutes.
- Remove from heat and whisk in chia seeds.
- Transfer the jam to a pint-sized jar, seal with a lid, and refrigerate overnight.
