Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled
  • 1 medium orange, zest and juice (about 3 tablespoons)
  • 3-4 tablespoons granulated sugar, honey or maple syrup
  • ΒΌ cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine strawberries, orange zest, orange juice, and sugar in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 7-8 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in chia seeds.
  4. Transfer the jam to a pint-sized jar, seal with a lid, and refrigerate overnight.
