  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions

  2. 2. Cook until strawberries are fully broken down, about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add coconut sugar, chia seeds, and lemon juice to the pan and stir to combine.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. 5. Let the mixture cool for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
  6. 6. Transfer to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
