Ingredients

  • ½ tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Mash the strawberries in a bowl with a fork until a jam-like consistency forms.
  2. Add sweetener to taste and stir to combine.
  3. Mix in the chia seeds and place the mixture in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours or overnight until thickened.
