The chia seeds
Instructions
- Blend cashews and water in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- Add honey, vanilla, and salt to the blended mixture and blend again.
- Place chia seeds in a large mason jar and pour the cashew mixture into the jar.
- Shake the jar well to combine all ingredients.
- Refrigerate the mixture overnight.
- Serve chilled.
