Instructions
- Combine the crust ingredients and press into the springform pan, then chill in the refrigerator.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and lemon juice, mixing until well combined.
- Whip the cream and sugar until medium peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the combined mixture into the prepared crust and chill overnight.
