Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, sugar, and eggs together until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Use a cookie scoop or roll the dough into balls.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
- Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the coated dough balls on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
