Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the honey and lemon juice to the pressure cooker.
- Seal the lid and set the steam release knob to the Sealing position.
- Select the Pressure Cook setting for 15 minutes and allow for natural pressure release.
- Open the lid and strain the liquid into a bowl to cool.
- Optionally, simmer the syrup on low heat to reduce for thickness.
- Once cool, whisk in the honey and lemon juice.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
- Transfer the syrup to a bottle or jar and refrigerate.
