Pink Drink
Ingredients
The tea mixture

hibiscus tea

honey or maple syrup

ripe strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
The drink mixture

½
cup
orange juice

½
cup
light coconut milk
Instructions
- Heat water to a simmer and steep the tea bag in a measuring cup.
- Stir in honey until dissolved and add half of the sliced strawberries.
- Let steep for 10 to 20 minutes, then remove the tea bag.
- Add orange juice and coconut milk to the mixture and stir well.
- Serve over ice in glasses and garnish with remaining strawberries.
