The sandwich
Instructions
- Season both sides of the fish fillets with lemon pepper, Old Bay seasoning, and salt.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes.
- Dip each fish fillet in flour, then egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
- For baking, preheat the oven to 400°F, place the fish on a baking sheet, spray with oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- For air frying, spray the air fryer basket, place the fish inside, spray with oil, and air fry at 400°F for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Assemble the sandwiches on buns with your choice of toppings.
