Ingredients

The fish

The breading

The sandwich

Instructions

  1. Season both sides of the fish fillets with lemon pepper, Old Bay seasoning, and salt.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes.
  3. Dip each fish fillet in flour, then egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
  4. For baking, preheat the oven to 400°F, place the fish on a baking sheet, spray with oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  5. For air frying, spray the air fryer basket, place the fish inside, spray with oil, and air fry at 400°F for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
