Instructions
- Set up a cooking station with flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in one bowl.
- In a second bowl, combine the egg, mayo, and lemon juice, then beat the egg.
- Place panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dredge the fish in the flour, then the egg mixture, and finally the breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil and place the fish inside.
- Spritz the top of the fish with cooking oil and cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- For baking, preheat the oven to 425°F, line a baking sheet with parchment, and bake the fish for 10-12 minutes.
