Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
- Pat each fish fillet dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne.
- In another bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Brush each cod fillet with the olive oil mixture on both sides and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the cod in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 140-145°F (60-63°C).
