Grilled Black Bean Mojo Burger

black beans (drained, half mashed, half whole)

Instructions
- Blend all mojo ingredients until pureed and set aside.
- Mash half of the black beans and combine with all burger ingredients excluding bread crumbs.
- If the mixture is too loose, stir in bread crumbs until a burger-like consistency is achieved.
- Form patties and brush mojo on each side.
- Refrigerate patties for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Grill patties on aluminum foil or a cast iron skillet for about 5 minutes per side.
- Serve on grilled pita bread with additional mojo.
