Instructions
- For strawberry ice cream, combine diced strawberries, water, and sweetener in a pot and boil for 3-5 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
- Add all ingredients to a 16 oz. wide-mouth mason jar, seal, and shake for about 3 minutes until thick and doubled in volume.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours, turning the jar every hour to prevent strawberries from sinking.
- For vanilla and chocolate ice cream, add all ingredients to a mason jar, seal, and shake for about 3 minutes.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours until the desired consistency is reached.
