Ingredients

The base

  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 3 cups Heavy cream
  • cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk

The flavoring

  • ¼ cup ChocZero Strawberry Jam Preserves
  • 8 oz Strawberries (hulled)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add powdered Besti and 2 cups of heavy cream, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 30-45 minutes until thick.
  3. Pour the condensed milk into a blender and cool to room temperature, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Add almond milk, remaining heavy cream, and ChocZero jam to the blender and puree until smooth.
  5. Add strawberries and pulse until mostly smooth with some small pieces remaining.
  6. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 4 hours.
  7. Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches soft serve consistency.
  8. Enjoy immediately or freeze for 2-4 hours for firmer texture.
