Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
The salad

Creole seasoning

The cooking liquid

Instructions
- Bring 3 quarts of water with 1 tablespoon of salt to a boil.
- Add the shrimp and reduce the heat, covering the pan to simmer for 3-5 minutes until the shrimp are opaque and pink.
- Drain the shrimp immediately and cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine onion, mayonnaise, mustard, Creole seasoning, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooled shrimp and chopped green onions to the mixture and mix until fully combined.
- Garnish with chopped dill and cover with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
