Easy Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
The salad

raw shell on shrimp (26-30 size)

celery (small dice)

mayonnaise

Old Bay seasoning

For cooking

Old Bay seasoning (for boiling water)
Instructions
- Thaw the shrimp in cold running water.
- Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan and add 1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning.
- Add the thawed shrimp to the boiling water and cook until the water returns to a boil, no longer than 5-6 minutes.
- Drain the water and cover the shrimp with ice. Let them cool for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for one hour.
- Peel and devein the shrimp, then rough chop them into large pieces.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix all the ingredients together well, cover, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Serve with your favorite bread, on a salad, or by itself.
