Easy Seafood Crab Salad

Ingredients

The salad

  • ½ pound raw shrimp
  • ½ pound jumbo lump crab
  • 1 stalk finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onions
  • ½ cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper

The cooking oil

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp and cook until bright pink, about 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Stir in crab and ½ teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning, then remove from heat.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab, mayo, lemon juice, celery, onions, remaining Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix well and serve chilled or at room temperature.
