Ingredients

  • 1 pound imitation crab meat flaked style or sticks cut into slices
  • ½ cup celery finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons red onion finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • tablespoons fresh dill chopped, plus more for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Stir gently until well combined.
  3. Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 2 days.
  4. Garnish with additional chopped dill if desired.
