The seafood

The garnish
Instructions
- Boil a pot of salted water and add the quartered lemon.
- Cook the shrimp in the boiling water for 1-2 minutes until pink and opaque, then transfer to an ice water bath.
- Drain the shrimp and pat dry.
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, imitation crab, celery, red onion, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and dill.
- Toss gently to coat and garnish with additional dill before serving.
