Ingredients

  • 12 oz Lump crab meat
  • cup Celery (diced finely)
  • cup Red onion (diced finely)
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¾ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh chives (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the lump crab meat, celery, onion, and fresh herbs.
  3. Pour the mayo mixture over the crab salad and gently fold until well coated, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for about 1 hour to let the flavors develop.
