Ingredients

The salad

  • 1 pound imitation crabmeat flaked
  • cup finely chopped celery
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 squeeze fresh lemon juice

For serving

  • as needed crackers or hot-dog-style buns
  • as needed lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Gently stir until well mixed.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
  4. Stir again before serving and garnish with lemon wedges.
