12 Minute Citrus Broiled Salmon Filet

Ingredients

The salmon

  • 1 pound Salmon

The citrus

  • 1 Orange sliced thin
  • 1 Lemon sliced thin

The sauce

  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Fresh Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Hot Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the orange and lemon into thin slices.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  3. Add half of the lemon and orange slices to the baking sheet.
  4. Lay the salmon filet on top of the citrus slices.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, parsley, and sea salt.
  6. Add half of the chopped dill to the sauce and whisk until combined.
  7. Rub the sauce mixture over the salmon and place the remaining citrus slices on top.
  8. Broil the salmon for 12 minutes, or longer if desired.
  9. Once done, drizzle with olive oil, add remaining dill, and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
