Easy Chimichurri White Bean Hummus

cooked organic white navy beans or cannellini

packed cilantro

cup red onion, chopped

red chili pepper flakes

Instructions
- Drain the beans and chop the parsley, removing the stems.
- In a food processor or blender, combine the parsley, beans, tahini, and onion, and blend until smooth.
- Slowly add the oil and the remaining ingredients, except for the black pepper and chili flakes.
- Blend again until a thick dip forms.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with black pepper, chili pepper, and additional parsley, cilantro, and sea salt if desired.
