Instructions
- 1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat and add oil.
- 2. Sauté onion and jalapeño on the griddle for 3 minutes.
- 3. Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Season the beef with taco seasoning and salt, then add a squirt of water and stir.
- 5. Mix in salsa and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- 6. Arrange a single layer of tortilla chips on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 7. Transfer the beef mixture onto the chips and sprinkle cheese on top.
- 8. Place the baking sheet on the griddle, cover, and cook until the cheese melts.
- 9. Add your desired toppings and serve immediately.
