20-Minute Blackstone Tacos

Ingredients

The filling

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

The tortillas

  • 16 6-inch corn tortillas

For serving

  • to taste shredded cheese
  • to taste tomatoes
  • to taste shredded lettuce
  • to taste sour cream
  • to taste cilantro
  • to taste Mexican slaw for tacos

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to medium heat and oil it well.
  2. Cook the ground beef on the griddle, breaking it apart until browned.
  3. Move the meat mixture to one side of the griddle and add minced garlic and taco seasoning, stirring to combine.
  4. Add salsa to the meat mixture and use a squeeze bottle to add water until it reaches a saucy consistency.
  5. Warm the tortillas on the other side of the griddle for 1 to 3 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer the meat to a bowl and drizzle with fresh lime juice before serving.
