Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to medium heat and oil it well.
- Cook the ground beef on the griddle, breaking it apart until browned.
- Move the meat mixture to one side of the griddle and add minced garlic and taco seasoning, stirring to combine.
- Add salsa to the meat mixture and use a squeeze bottle to add water until it reaches a saucy consistency.
- Warm the tortillas on the other side of the griddle for 1 to 3 minutes per side.
- Transfer the meat to a bowl and drizzle with fresh lime juice before serving.
